Hey ████,
Regarding the UV Printer:
Here is a comparison of 2HEX' printer VS two very popular printers on the market:
https://2hex.com/flatbeduvprinter/blog/choosing-the-right-uv-flatbed-printer-a-comparison-of-top-models
The quality of our printer is very high. You will be happy with it! It has clear benefits over other printers,
like being able to print on heat transfers, and printing on higher products, while having a very high resolution,
clarity, vibrancy, and print speed.
If you want to be able to add a roll of heat transfer film, you will need two of the UV HX-2 PRO print heads.
https://2hex.com/flatbeduvprinter/ink-2-product-uv-flatbed-printer-configurator
In that configuration, the printer is 13,490 USD.
If you want the cheapest option, with no roll option, you can place two or three transfers at a time on the flatbed
and use one lower-cost print head — then you are at 8,990 USD.
On this page you can see print samples:
https://2hex.com/flatbeduvprinter/blog/2hex-digital-skateboard-printer
The quality is extremely high, comparable to high-quality photo prints.
Regarding resolution and printing speed: we made changes to the printer in 2024,
and the numbers below are from our older model. It might have changed since — I'm checking with my team for the newest data.
Old model specs:
• Printing speed ≈ 24.7 ft²/hr with HX-2 Pro head
• Resolution = 1440 × 2880 DPI
To print on heat transfers, you will need:
– Blank heat transfer film with release agent (30 m × 26 cm): 24 USD
– UV transfer ink (330 ml): 35 USD
– White back coating spray (1 L): 38 USD
If you want thousands of heat transfers per design and can wait 3–4 weeks for production and air freight,
it's cheaper to buy screen-printed heat transfers directly from 2HEX.
Regarding the Transfer Machine:
You can see all options and info here:
https://2hex.com/skateboards-manufacturer/skateboard-heat-transfer-machine-factory-configurator
The most basic machine is 7,950 USD.
For use inside the U.S., it needs a different construction, making production more expensive.
The version required for U.S. compliance is 9,756 USD.
The safety add-ons are essential to protect workers from injury.
It includes multiple safety stops and fast-reaction functions for different scenarios.
Other machines can't stop safely — ours can. For instance:
• A button that halts the roller only while pressed (to free stuck hair or fabric).
• Two safety bars that stop rollers immediately if a user's hands get caught.
These are just two of many built-in safety mechanisms.
Both machines have very competitive prices compared to their quality.
Let's phone later to go through all these points together.
Cheers,

Subject:Questions About UV Printer and Heat Transfer Machine
To: █████████@Verlified.com
Hi Ink2Product Team,
1. What are the main advantages of your UV printer compared to other models on the market?
2. Can the same printer print directly on heat transfer film, or does it need any add-ons?
3. What's the printing resolution and production speed?
4. Could you confirm the cost difference between one print head and two HX-2 Pro heads?
5. How do your safety systems on the transfer machine work compared to standard Chinese or EU models?
6. Do you offer support for DDP shipping to our distribution center in the U.S.?
Also, if possible, please share a few recent print samples or videos that show both the print quality and transfer process.
Looking forward to your detailed reply.
Thanks for your help!
Best regards,
█████████
